The operations fund is designed to provide for most of the operations of the Klickitat County Young Leaders Association. It operations fund first priority is paying for the website hosting and phone conferencing software costs. These two small things constitute the entire overhead of the KCYLA and our member dues nearly cover these costs. The second priority of the operations fund is to provide for the costs to maintain and manage the following committees;

Each year the Finance Committee writes a budget for the upcoming year. The Budget for the 2010 Fiscal year is being prepared now. If you would like to work on the budget join the finance committee.
All donations to the operations fund are not tax deductable at this time. We are working with the IRS on this issue and as you know dealing with the IRS takes time!
