The Officers of KYCLA include; 3 vice-chairmen, Secretary, Treasurer, and the Standing Committee Chairmen. The officers are voting members of the association and have no more voting power than any member of the association. All officers are elected at the annual organizational meeting and shall serve for one year except for the vice chairmen who shall serve for three years on a staggered basis so that no more than one vice chairman may come up for election in a given year.
